1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for our products.
We do not accept returns for items damaged during transit or missing items unless accompanied by a video recording of the unboxing process from start to end, including any pauses or cuts. This video must clearly show the condition of the parcel and its contents upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
3. Exclusions:

4. Transit Damage or Missing Items:

To process your claim, we require a video recording of the unboxing process as described above. This video will help us assess the damage or missing items and expedite the resolution process.
